Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you're using along with your computers macOS version?

You can try disabling the option to Use Graphics processor from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

You can also try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG

Let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj

Hi

Try this :

Leave the GPU on but go to Technology Previews and check Deactivate Native Canvas. Click OK. Then close and restart Photoshop.

See "Green screen display error" here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/known-issues.html

You may encounter the Green screen error when Photoshop is running and you switch screen resolutions (attach or remove the second monitor of a different resolution).

Solution:

As a workaround, do any of the following:

  • Click the green dot on the document or application window to resize the window to fit the current screen.
  • Quit/restart Photoshop
  • Go to Preferences > Technology Previews and enable Deactivate Native Canvas. Restart Photoshop.
