Pc Black Screen Crash when I Place or Re-Size an Image on Photoshop.

Hi there.

My pc crashes when I place or resize an image on photoshop. My pc's voltages pretty stable. I'm also using other graphic apps like 3D etc everything smooth except photoshop.

Also downclocked my rams nothing changed.

Disabled GPU on preferences, nothing changed.

Disabled Ai Up-Scale, nothing changed.

Deleted photoshop preferences, nothing changed.

P.S Version: 22.4.2
PC Specs: 

Threadripper 2950x

RTX 3080

Seasonic 850W Gold+ PSU

G.Skill 3200 Mhz 32 Gb Ram modules.

Thanks for sharing all the necessary information. Sorry to hear about the issue with Photoshop.
As you've already tried several troubleshooting steps, have you tried updating the graphics drivers and see if that helps?

If that does not help, then download the Studio drivers for Nvidia RTX 3080 from Nvidia's website and install them. Let us know if that helps.

I just re-install windows and result is same. GPU driver is working on Studio based. Everything is updated here. This is not a common issue right?
