Photoshop öffnet sich seit neusten nicht mehr

Hey ihr Lieben 🙂

mein Photoshop macht seit neuesten faxen und ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht mehr weiter. Es hängt beim laden immer bei initialisierung. Ich habe schon versucht:

  • Den Computer neu zu starten
  • Eine ältere Version zu benutzen
  • Cache leeren
  • Neu installieren

Keiner der sachen hat bis jetzt geholfen. Hat jemand anderes eventuell eine Lösung für mich ? 

Benutze Windows. 

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
RAM: 16GB
Grafikkarte: GeForce GTX 1070

What version of Photoshop are you working with?

What is your operating system?

Have you checked to see if your Graphics Processor Card is compatible with that version of PS? Here is a help doc that will walk you through troubleshooting your card: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

Hey 🙂

leider hat nichts von beiden geholfen. Ich benutze die aktuelle PS-Version. Mein Betreibssysrem ist Windows 10 und ist auch auf den aktuellen Stand. Meine Kompotenten sind auch alle Komplatible...es hat ja noch vor zwei Wochen funktioniert.

Then, I would recommend submitting a bug report. If everything else was working and now isn't working with just the change in the software, it usually is the latest thing changed. Here is a link to the Bug Report form: https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

 

Maybe someone with more Windows experience will have another suggestion for you (I am a mac girl!).
