Photoshop 2021 loads to blank grey screen on Mac Catalina and most current version of Photoshop

I am having difficulty getting the app to open past a blank grey screen that says "Adobe Photoshop 2021" at the top.  I don't have Mac Big Sur but my version of Photoshop is current.  Any tips? Thanks!

Sorry that Photoshop 2021 on your computer running macOS BigSur does not load the interface screen and instead showing a blank interface.
