Photoshop 2021 won't launch on the first try on Windows 10

Since I purchased the Adobe Creative package plan when I start Photoshop, it won't start every first try. It freezes (program stopped working) and I have to close the window. It works on the second try. It's up to date and the "bug" remains. Is there any solution for that? I use Windows 10 up to date.

LATEST

Hi,

We're sorry about the experience while trying to launch Photoshop on your Windows machine. Are you using the latest version of Photoshop (22.4.2)? Have you tried launching Photoshop as administrator for the first time to check if that makes a difference or if Photoshop still freezes? If not, please try that by right clicking on the Photoshop icon & selecting the option to Run Photoshop as administrator from the pop-out menu.

You can also try optimizing the preferences of Photoshop using the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/optimize-photoshop-cc-performance.html

Let us know if it helps!

Regards,

Nikunj
