Photoshop 22.4.2 bugs with masks and video

Bug: mask dissapears. How to reproduce : open a video, add a png file in the timeline, then add a hue filter on the png. The png mask is now not visible. Why ??!  Moving the mask up and down in the masks list makes the mask visible again.

I'm fed up with all these bugs, please fix your software else I will go for another brand.

Where in your processing did you add the layer mask to the places png image files smart object layer or the png you added as a video track?  PNG files do not haves a layer mask. an alpha channel; or Path. It just has a pixel layer that may contain transparency. PNG files are not Video File there is an Aninated png format that sone browsers support.
