Please help. This is not the first, second nor third time this has happened. I have done EVERYTHING suggested to fix this issue, and it worked perfectly for 2 whole days, but today it throws out that annoying program error again. My device is compatible my graphics driver is updated, photoshop is up to date, no other programs are running - but it still will not work. I am fed up - this is an expensive prgram and I am losing money as time goes past without me being able to work!

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop due to the Program error. Would you mind telling us if you are getting the program error while trying to open or save documents or while trying to perform a task?

You can try the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/2JZDqZB

If the issue persists, please roll back to the previous version of Photoshop using the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/2wH0JjE

Please uninstall the latest version of Photoshop first & select the option to Keep Preferences prior to installing the previous version.

Regards,

Nikunj

Hi Nikunj

Thank you for getting back to me. This issue started with the previous
version already. After upgradin, the issue went away, but now it started
again.

When I open Photoshop, it works fine, but as soon as I try to open a
document I am currently working with or when I try to open a new document
or create a new file, the error pops up. I am an architect and I need to
currently create visuals for my clients or prospective clients. I have
meetings set up and this will be the 4th time I need to postpone the sam
meeting due to this issue. I am beyond irritated...

Please help.
