Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop 22.4.2 while trying to use Save for Web. Would you mind telling us which macOS version are you using on the MacBook? Did you start experiencing the issue right after the 22.4.2 update?

Apart from Accessibility under the Security and Privacy settings in the macOS System Preferences, grant permissions to Photoshop under Full Disk Access. You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG

Let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj
