Photoshop 22.4 not allowing me to rotate canvas.

Hi Photoshop Team.  I'm having issues rotating my canvas. It says "Could not complete your request because it only works with OpenGL enabled document windows." How do I fix it? Thanks.

Hi. Does your compute rmeet the Photoshop GPU requirements, as listed on this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html  ?

If so, please go to Photoshop>Preferences (MAC) or Edit>Preferences (WINDOWS) and Performance. There, please turn on Use Graphics Processor - and try changing the Advanced Setting to Normal, or Advanced.
