Photoshop 3D workspace is not functioning and the preview window is all black.

Hello All, 

I am having this problem in photoshop when I create a 3D mesh from a layer I cannot do anything with the object. I can not rotate it I can not preview I can not even view the 3D grid with x, y, z-axis. It is just stuck that I can not perform any action in the 3D workspace. My drivers and software are up to date. HELP!!!ps not working.JPG

If you are using photoshop 2021 had you tried disabling Native Canvas in you Photoshop preferences  technology selection. The are many know issues in Photoshop 2021. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/known-issues.html
