Hi Simbio,
have you checked for driver updates for your Cintiq? Does this problem also occur with the mouse?

The issue isnt with your Cintiq.

Its a known issue with the latest Photoshop release:

From Adobe:

Adobe is aware of an issue where Photoshop 22.3.1 is not properly detecting the GPU, and have a fix that will be available soon; thank you for your patience.

An earlier version of Photoshop may be installed and used for the time being.

Thank's for help

But also having activated Use Graphics Processor does it trigger the crash or not?

Another matter,

Why if I have activated "Automatically Save Recovery Information" every 5 min there is no file recovered in Library -> Application support -> Adobe Photoshop 2021 folder?

in order for automatic save recovery to work, you have to make an initial save for your file to start backing up. It wont backup temp/unsaved files.

Did you give Photoshop full disk permissions in the Mac OS security system preferences?
