Photoshop crash whenever I tried to open layer styles

I used the latest Photoshop version and can't do anything related to layer styles because it will instantly close the app and open the send report dialog box. I've downgraded it to v 21.2.9 and I still have this issue. I use Windows 10.

Any help would be appreciated.
