Photoshop - Crashing Continues Despite Multiple Calls to Support

Photoshop 22.4.1 continues to crash MacOS Big Sur 11.4. I've been on the phone w support on two recent occasions, the tech doesn't seem to a specific fix in mind. They poke around and tell me to try it. Well, neither attempt has made any difference. Still crashing. I can't work with this software any longer unless things change dramatically.

Anyone else having this problem? Anyone else had any luck in finding a remedy? Anyone else looking at other photoediting software? If so, recommendations? I need to move on1

A few things to try first:

Have you tried resetting your Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences?

How much RAM and spare disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried unticking Use Graphics Processor under the Performance tab in preferences?
