Photoshop lost my brushes presets

Hi guys!

My brushes on photoshop lost smoothing and texture settings. I have already reinstalled the program but the problem persists.

Honestly, this version has disappointed me a lot by requiring other applications to run in the background (Creative Cloud) compromising the processing of my setup.

If you can help me, I will be grateful.
