Photoshop Prompts Login, Then Crashes

I opened Photoshop this morning and was prompted to login. That's never happened. Then, after I login, Photoshop crashes. I've tried several times to open Photoshop and get the same result. I went to my Adobe account. I see the list of my Adobe apps and each has an "install" button next to it as if none are installed. Rebooting my computer hasn't helped. I have Photoshop 2021 for PC. As far as I know, I have the latest version update installed.

I have attached a screenshot.
Help needed. Thank you.

Check your Creative Cloud app for an update.

We had the same issue here and once CC app launched and was updating, the other CC apps including PS opened without issue.

Thank you Kevin Stohlmeyer. I was able to chat with an Adobe tech. What happened was similar to your suggestion. According to the tech, Adobe's server or servers were down for a bit. I and apparently others were not able to login. I was able to log into Creative Cloud while still on chat with the tech.
