Hat das Programm Photoshop im Rahmen des "Foto-Abos" die gleichen Funktionen, wie wenn ich Photoshop als Einzelaplikation abboniere?

Yes, and it's more cost effective to get the Photography Plan (annual subscription). All CC apps (including PS) have a single app plans, which can be annual or monthly (at a higher rate.) Photoshop is the same under any plan.
