updated to latest version. Photoshop stuck on startup showing white screen.
This software so bad, I am going to cancel subscription. Affinity Designer is software I can recommend.
Everybody should stop using Adobe software.

How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?
Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences?
