Photoshop switching any tool to move tool on Wacom

It was working fine yesterday. Today I couldn't use the brush tool, it changes to move tool automatically when approaching the stylus to my Intuos Pro.

I tried with stamp, text, etc. and every tool automatically changes to move tool.

Solved: Restarted and it went back to normality.

Didn't it come back again? I've like done that several times but it will come back randomly, and it was fine just seconds ago.

Try updating or rolling back the Intuos driver.

It's working fine. I've seen several threads about a similar bug on Windows. Maybe you should see there.

Same issue here using a Wacom 24HD tablet.  The brush tool turns into the move tool when I am sketching.  It will not turn back no matter what tool I try to switch to.   It happens all day long.  This new CS version is not working out well at all.  Constant bugs and issues.  I have tried closing Photoshop and starting up again and turning my wacom on and off.  Nothing works.
