What are your specs?

OS version, HD Space, RAM, Graphics Card, vram.

It looks like you are on a Mac - have you given PS full disk access under System Prefs/Security?

I've had this problem for a couple of weeks, too. Why would I want to give one app full disk access?

It allows for read/write to the necessary folders.

If you have it off, PS will not run properly.

Okay, that didn't help.

But, running properly isn't the problem. We can't open the app at all. It was working fine until the recent updates.

Did you run the 22.4 update? 22.3.1 has some graphics card detection issues that could be causing this.
