Photoshop working projects not responding

Dear Team, 

Can you please look in this issue, 

My ps getting freeze after 2-3 mins working. I can use all other functions like save, create new, 

but the project i am working on get's freeze and disappear after wroking 2-5 mins.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop due to the projects/files freezing. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you're using along with your computers operating system? Are you facing the same issue while working on a new document?

You can try disabling the option to Use Graphics Processor from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

You can also try optimizing the Preferences of Photoshop using the steps suggested here: Optimize Photoshop performance

If the issue persists, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: Preferences

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: Migrate presets, actions, and settings
