Hi Photoshop team,

I have a problems with photoshop. I cant save images in jpg from raws or psd formats. And I can't upload to my website any photo. Because I can't save jpg images.

I try to convert images in 8bits but the problem still here. And I pay for photoshop. Can't use to work.

I never seen this, just can save in 4 formats.

Thank you,

Please, check my license and try to reset or some from your office, I dont know.

Best regards!

This is not a license problem. What is your image size in pixels, exactly?

"problem resolt to save as a copyt not all. But I dont understand why"

Why, is because Adobe changed it, and you updated to the new version. Always a good idea to

(a) keep an old version

(b) read the release notes

See another reply for how you can go back to the old way.

Hi @NazanDavid

As of 22.4.1, you can find png, jpg, pdf, etc., in Save a Copy (not Save As).

As of 22.4.2 you can revert to the previous behavior in Preferences > File Handling > File Saving Options:

  • Enable Legacy Save As
  • Do not append Copy

See this help page for details and cautions:
Save your files in Photoshop

Apple made a change to macOS and Adobe had to come up with a workaround for Photoshop. You can revert to the previous behavior as above and work as you did before.

Also, try to use SAVE A COPY not SAVE AS. Weird and unhelpful change in latest version.

Hi

Take a look here, you can revert to the legacy Save As with version 22.4.3 in the preferences

Save your files in Photoshop

Scroll down to this bit "Revert to legacy Save As options"
