Hola!

Tengo un ordenador con las siguientes características:

- Tarjeta gráfica: GeForce RTX 3060

- Procesador: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core

- RAM: 31.89 GB

Gracias.

What version of Photoshop are you running?

Have you checked for graphics card updates?

Hi,

Would you mind elaborating the issue you're experiencing with Photoshop? Which version of Photoshop you're using? When you say that you get a dark screen when you hover your mouse over a tool in Photoshop, are you referring to a small window tool that shows you tips about the tool you have your mouse over?

If yes, then go to the Preferences for Photoshop, then Tools & uncheck the option for Tool tips.

Let us know if this helps. If not, please elaborate the issue further or may be share a screenshot so that it can help us understand the issue better.

Regards,

Nikunj
