Hi,

I can see from web announcements that the current version of PS is 22.4.2. However, my cloup app is showing that PS is up to date but on version 22.1.1.

How can I update?

Kinda same problem with ACR. I have 13.1.1 as up to date, but web says 13.3 is current version.

Thanks!

Try this: in the CC app, either choose Check for Updates or sign out and sign in again to force the app to look for the newest version.

Also, check to make sure your computer meets the system requirements:

Did as you suggested Jane.

After I signed out (through menu item in PS not CC app as you said as I misunderstood), PS closed itself and wouldn't open again (no reaction).

Then as I closed other program windows computer froze for a couple of minutes.

Restarted PC.

Opened CC and was asked to log in, did that.

Still says vers 22.1.1 is up to date.

Opened PS.

Checked for updates there.. now window says "updates have been disabled for this machine. Please contact your administrator".

Checked system requirements page: all good, so shouldn't be that.

The next step, then, is to contact Adobe Customer Care:

Do not respond to anyone who PMs you and is likely to be a scammer.
