PSB opening error

I have a problem with a psb file that I have saved. It weighs about 11 gb but when I open it on PS, it opens a strange and flattened image, losing all the work done

Is 11 gb the compressed size or the uncompressed size in PS?

Do you have enought HD, RAM, etc. to manage this?

Do you get this message when opening?

It should be the compressed size. The ram also shouldn't be a problem, I have 32gb of ram an a few hours ago the file opened flawlessly. When I open the file it doesn't give any pop up error message, it just shows one strange mixed image of all the layers that were in the document
