I purchased a monthly plan (personal account) for Photoshop two weeks ago but the app states that my trial has ended and does not let me access the app. I restarted my Mac, signed out and signed back into Adobe account but nothing works. I also tried re-purchasing the same plan but Adobe states that I already own the program. Does anybody know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
Did you sign in to the Creative Cloud Desktop app (on your computer, not on Adobe's web site) with the same Adobe ID? If you did, try signing out, then signing in.
