Hi all. I am hoping someone can help me.

I have just started using Photoshop on my iPad. My Photoshop version is 2.5 and my iPad is running iOS 14.6

I opened an image (a screenshot) from my camera roll in Photoshop this morning, erased some parts of the sceenshot and then clicked on the share icon. I selected "Quick Export" and then I selected "Save Image".

I looked for the image in my Photos app and couldn't find it towards the end of my "All Photos" window. I found the image and but was saved with a date of 16 October 1999! The date the screenshot was saved on is 8 June 2021.

I did the same thing with another screenshot I saved this morning (8 June 2021) and this time the exported file was given a date of 1 October 1986!

Huh? What's going on?

I tried with a an actual photo and it works FINE. It seems Photoshop is screwing up the dates when editing screenshots.

Can anyone suggest a solution, PLEASE?

Thank you in advance.

no solution- just letting you know I have the same problem...and its August 2022 now. Screenshots edited, joined, etc. which then save with some bizarre 1980s date. Don't even know how it knows it was started with a screenshot. Total time wasting frustration.
