Sorry for bringing this issue to the community. I have always been using Lightroom but I am new to Photoshop. I dont know how to reimport a 4GB Ps created panorama back into lightroom. 'Saving' or just 'closing' Ps doesnt automatically re-import contrary to pretty much any source or tutorial I find on the internet. Please help.

Regards,

Robert

You checked Lightroom and file is not in your catalogue? Try importing it as you did with all other files you have in your catalogue.

What version of Lightroom?

If you open a file in Lightroom and use Edit in Photoshop then simply saving should see the edit back in the Lightroom catalogue.

In general terms though if something has gone wrong with that, just go to Lightroom and import the file to the catalogue using "Import" and navigating to wherever you saved it.

One more thing though - is Lightroom up to date? You mention 4GB which means you may be using a PSB and it was fairly recently (Feb2020)  that PSB was added to Lightroom.

Both Lightroom and Ps are up to date. I knew I could just export it from Ps and then manually import it but thats super inconvenient workflow-wise. However I rebooted the Mac and retried from the beginning and now it worked for some reason. However thanks heaps for you responses. I much appreciate it!
