Render Lighting glitching out

So a few months ago I built a new computer for editing, and for a while, it was working perfectly. then one day it just stopped working and started glitching out. At first, it would just show the screen with no lighting controls and then if I tried it again it would say I do not have enough ram. Which is ridiculous. my Graphics card is up to date and all my drivers are and everything is functioning well.

If you're using the latest version of Photoshop, try enabling this option in preferences and restarting Photoshop
