Hi,
I've created this picture of a camera, but whenever I place anything under it in the layers panel, it changes colour at the overlap. It only happens to this one set of grouped shapes, not the others I created minutes before. It's super annoying because I want to put a textured background and this one group of shapes keeps changing colour!
In the screenshot, the top pictures are of the shape changing colour as I drag a rectangle over it, the bottom pictures are a similar group of shapes not being affected at all.
It seems a weird problem, so I'm looking forward to any responses!
Difficult to say looking at screenshot because it seems groups are inside some other group. Your new shape has correct, Normal blend mode but still something is turned on to make overlaps changing color.
My guess because all objects are the same color: group with shape which is changing color on overlap is above new shape and it have some blending mode turned on only for that group. Another answer can be that bottom group or shape is above while top shape is below new object what can not be s

Hard to really say, without having the psd to see what's going on. Seems like a blend mode is causing the issues, but can't really tell from what you've posted.

Can you create new screenshots with group selected in the layers panel? I mean group inside which resides shape that is overlapped?

I figured it out, it was a blending mode. The camera 3 group had 'hard mix' instead of normal. It's working normal again now, thanks! 😄
