Slow launch AND the dreaded "Progress Bar" is back!

Jumping from Lrc to PS 22.4.1 is laboured! Never used to wait this long for PS to launch! I'm on an iMAC running latest Apple Updates for Big Sur and 32GB RAM. Previous version used to launch immediately. What have you done guys!!? 

The dreaded PS 'Progress Bar' disappeared for a while, now with 22.4.1 it's back with a vengence! Why can't you fix this? So many have been complaining for so long now and still no action to remedy this pest! Come on!!!
