Some options in Filter not working

Hi
In my Photoshop 22.4.0. some options in Filter not working.
Why? Does anyone know how to help me?

Hi @Cvetanka ,

The first thing to check is your color mode (Image > Mode). If you are not in RGB, some filters will not be available.

You also need  512MB of dedicated VRAM and a compatible video card are required for some of the filters.

My com. is

And in preferences Photoshop tell me

It does not allow me to tick the section for my graphics card and this does not work in Photoshop

And I do not know how to reinstall the display drivers.
