Each time I am trying to upload Photoshop, the splash screen appears, I then get the dreaded 'Sorry, an error occurred' message, wont let me send it or cancel it, PS may shut down but the message remains until I go via Task Manager.
I have uninstalled PS 3 times, rebooted the PC a couple times before and after installations, still getting the same problems.
This issue has been resolved via an online Adobe helper. Seems my 3 year old PC hasnt a good enough GPU for the latest version of PS, oh the fun of technology.
Reverted to the previous version of PS and all is good in my world again.
Thought I would write this as may help someone else in the future.
