The Color palette of Photoshop does not appear

Hi guys, my version of Photoshop is up to date and having various issues. First, when I open the application, the welcome no longer opens, with the tutorials and the last open files are not visible. Second, the color palette does not appear. What could be happening and how do I fix it?

I would suggest a simple solution, try to install back the old version of Photoshop you had. Sometimes issues occur and will be fixed on a later date.
