Dear All.

I am getting the blue stop screen with the code. Thread stuck in device driver.

I run windows 10. HP ZBook 15u G6. I have updated all my relevant drivers. Still no luck. It happens very frequently. What can be done. Advice is greatly appreciated.

Best wishes. Jacob.

Without exact crash info nobody can tell you much. Dig into your event viewer and find the relevant sections or go even deeper and fish out Windows' debug logs. It may also help to run a tool like Sysinternals' Process Explorer to get an idea what function calls and drivers cause the crash.

Hi thanks for this.

I've had the exact same problem: I use a HP Zbook 14u G6, and for about the last year, any time I use Adobe Premiere, After Effects or Photoshop I immediately get the Blue Screen of Death
UNLESS the laptop is connected to the mains, in which case all is well.

I tried updating drivers many times, to no effect.

Any help, much appreciated!
