Una mala actualización

lamentablemente parece que no les interesa el uso que le damos al software, la última actualización además de bloquear la forma en que todos hemos trabajado siempre, tien muchos problemas:

 1.- No puedo guardar desde un psd a otro formato de la forma habitual, ahora hay una nueva forma que nos hace perder  más tiempo y complica el trabajo.

2.- cuando quice separar mi pantalla en más de una ventana, el software no lo soporto y se cerro.

3.- cuando quice crear una nueva capa, el software no lo soporto y se cerro.

4.- cuando quice copiar una imagen y crear nueva capa, el software no lo soporto y se cerro. 

5.- Cuando lo abro aparece la opción de 3D como primera selección y nunca la he ocupado.

There have been changes to Phoshop like the Save a Copy, which a few people have been talking about. See

As for other things mentioned like creating a layer and Photoshop closing, that should not happen. Does it just disappear without any error message? What is your operating stsyem and computer specifications (including RAM).

Photoshop se pega, pero no arroja error en pantalla, abre el formulario de errores y me pide enviar el error a Adobe.

Issue 1 : This is by design. If your file contains items that are not supported in your required format (e.g. layers or 16 bits/channel) then the file format is moved to the Save a Copy menu. This was driven by changes in the Mac Operating System, although the changes are applied to both Mac and Windows versions to keep them aligned.

Issue 2-4 I cannot recreate those issues here. But I wonder if they may be GPU related.Can you open Photoshop and go to Help >System info and press Copy. Then paste the info here.

Issue 5 (provided your GPU is enabled and working) - for 3D funcions go to Preferences > Technology Preview and check Deactivate Native Canvas. Then close and restart Photoshop.

Hi The system info shows your GPU is being recognised correctly so I don't see the cause of the issues you listed in 2 to 4 and I can't replicate them here.

You might want to try a preference reset and see if that helps (by default preferences are carried forward from the previous version and that can lead to issues if there was any corruption).
