Unable to Open Nikom D5600 (NEF) RAW Files in Photoshop CC2021 (Windows and MAC Platform)

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!

I'm unable to open or preview Nikon (NEF) RAW Files in Photoshop CC 2020 or 2021 using the Windows platform.

Error message says: Could not complete your request because of a program error.

Any help would be appreciated!!! Thank you!!!!

NOTE: CC is up to date and Adobe RAW is downloaded.
