Update camera raw

Camera is EOS 6D.  Trying to open CR2 on PS 5.5 with an older PC using Windows 8.1 Get a message that camera model not supported by installed version of camera raw.

Any ideas?

CS5's ACR only goes as far as v6.7  Check this list to see if it supports your camera:

Your alternative is the DNG Converter. Here are the download links and detailed instructions:

There is one slight problem. You have Windows 8.1 and the minimal OS requirent is 10. You really should upgrade the OS.

Here's a version of the dng converter 10.5 that supports the canon EOS 6D and should run on windiws 8.1:
