Wacom Tablet - Constantly not working

I have tried my best not to post issues that I am seeing post about (very recently) about Wacom Intuos tablet constantly not working.

 

I have seen replies like "Have you checked drivers, are they up to date, is your photoshop up to date"

 

My answers to all those are yes to all. Yet it KEEPS happening to me. I can't work on one thing without resetting drivers of my tablet CONSTANTLY!! 

 

Does anyone have some better insight into this matter?

On windows 10 I have no problem using  my Wacom Intuos pro tablet with Photoshop when  Windows 10, Photoshop, and Wacom driver are all configured to work together using WinTab or INK  interfaces.

I do not know how to configure a Mac.
