Window pallets always off screen

I love PS but cant stand this version. 3 times daily i have to reset my prefs b/c a main pallet wont appear on screen. Either new doc, doc size, color picker appears off screen and is unfindable. I then have to delete my prefs & start over.

I also dont like how PS changes core functions that have been there for 15+ years (transform...) but that is another gripe for another thread.

What is your Setup? Screens/Hardware – and OS?

Can you maybe repair your Read/Write–Rights?

64 GB Ram

Radeon Pro Vega 48 8 GB

Catalina 10.15.7

No other version of PS has this issue. Doesnt seem to be specific to a certain file. Just happens randomly.
