Windows 10 GPU recommendations for digital painting

Hi, I am considering to buy a laptop and I am a bit confused about the GPUs, I don't have much knowledge about them. Kindly recommend me laptop having good graphics for digital painting and 3d design.

I wouldn't worry too much, but a good rule of thumb if you are looking for a laptop to run Adobe apps is to buy a gaming laptop.  They are well spec'd for Photoshop, and tend to have a good bang-for-buck.   If you really want to know how different GPUs comparee with Photoshop or other Adobe apps (or most of the up market content creation apps) then check out Puget Systems.  The link below has filters applied for Photoshop and Video cards (GPUs) so clear the filters if you want to widen the search.
