2021 Premiere Elements Photo Editor Issue

My photo editor will not open in my 2021 Premiere elements any longer. However The organizer and video editor will launch. Can anyone assist on how to resolve this issue?

How are you trying to open the Photoshop Elements Editor?  It cannot be opened from Premiere Elements.

If you select a photo in the Organizer and press Ctrl+I, does the photo open in the editor?

I have tried every single icon that says photo editor and your suggestion and nothing launches it. The icons allow me to open the video editor and the organizer. It makes no sense the photo editor won't open. It says it's opening and it looks like it might but after about 30 seconds it just stops thinking and nothing happens.

Just reinstall it.

Do you have a wi-fi printer?  If so, go to the Windows Printer settings and change the default printer to something else.  Even the Microsoft Print to PDF printer should work.
