New Macbook Pro M3
Recently purchased 2024 Photoshop Elements and it will not download and install. I've gone through the downloading tips (turn off firewall, switch internet connections, etc.) and nothing works. Adobe support hasn't helped. They just keep repeating the same download tips that didn't work for the 20th time. Adobe unilaterally closed my case without resolution.
I keep getting an interrupted internet connection error, but I don't think that is the issue. Diagnostics says the connect is good, and I have never had this problem downloading any other application on the internet. My business depends on having a reliable connection to upload videos to a web based training site. Again, I've never had an issue.
I've spent countless hours trying to get this issue resolved. Help is much appreciated.

I've done all of the suggestions multiple times. It simply doesn't work. I've tried it all on different connections. Same result. Is there anyway this can be resolved?

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
