48 bit tiff image change resolution

Hi guys

I have a 48 bit tiff image that was scanned at 72 dpi. The software I have to upload the image requires a 48 bitt 75 dpi. Is it possible to change de resolution without any change at the 48 bit?

Simply upload and let them work it out. Re-sizing will hardly make any difference to the original scan.
