access denied- cant download elements 12

trying to download elements 12 but get "access denied" issues, any suggestions?

I have the same Problem with Adobe Elements 13:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/PSE/13_0_esd/win64/PhotoshopElements_13_Trial_LS25_win64.exe" on this server.

that is the link I have used from the Adobe site,  the access is denied message occurs using that link.  Adobe is not supporting elements 12, I can't contact them. Am not a happy bunny! 

   don't you just hate " big corporate".
