I am having problems with my hard drive and will have to replace it. Currently it has Elements 10 on it and I would like to be able to re-install it, however I don't have a copy. It is not shown in Order History although the product and serial number is registered under my Adobe account. Is there a way for me to get a copy so I can re-install when I change the hard drive?
Suggest that you contact Adobe for a download link ( if it still exists) for this old version of PSE.
Scroll down to the bottom of this page and initiate a chat session. Explain that you are not seeking support with the software, and that you need a link for installation on your new drive.
