Hi,

I registered my licence code, for Photoshop Elements 2022, on the online Adde registration site.

I then downloaded and installed the application.

When I open Photoshop Elements editor, it asks to activate the application. I log into my account, and then get a blank screen (see attached).

Can anyone help at all?

Hi,

I did liaise with Adobe Support. The actual solution was:

* Not to log into the app via Google OAuth.

* Instead login via Adobe credentials.

It all then worked. I found a bug 😕

You may have to install the Creative Cloud application prior to installing PSE. You don't have to purchase any of the programs listed. Just install it.

How to download the Creative Cloud desktop app (adobe.com)
