I've had PE15 since 2016. I'm allowed two activations.
I have only one workable laptop with PE15 activated. (Previous computer died, with their PE15).
I want to activate PE15 on my new computer - but I get the message that I have too many activations.
YET, on a Adobe webpage, it says that I've NO activations. Adobe can't agree with itself.
Live talk with an Adobe rep. was fruitless, she sent me here.
I'm not on their "Cloud" program.
PLEASE ASSIST, Thank you!

The activated devices or your product/ plan page only applies to things you subscribe to, such as photoshop- if you only have p[se you will not see anything there.
On your old computer: start the editor, then sign out of it- which deauthorizes on that computer.
You then could install it / authorize it on your new computer.
You only have 1 activation left- one other computer you can use pse one-- that dead computer used up one of the activations. Adobe no longer can reset activiations.
Some may say you can do an "offline acitivation"- I don't like to talk about that as I am only aware of a couple of users that have been able to do that.

Thank you.
Let me understand this - "Start the editor (on "old" computer"), then "sign out" - specifically what do you mean by "Sign out"?
Many thanks for your anticipated response.
