I have purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 & Premiere Elements 2022 for Teachers & Students. I have gone thru the verification system & been approved. The software has been installed on my laptop, When I open either application, I am able to login, but when I enter the serial number to activate, I get the following error: "Please connec to the internet & retry".
I have disabled the Window Defender Firewall as well as BitDefender's Firewall & Antivirus. I have also tried 3 separate internet connections, as well as rebooting the laptop & the error persists. I have Elements 15 installed on this machine & have used it for years, but would really like to upgrade to the latest. Please help!
Just turn off the antivirus software for a minute while you login. Zero reason to be running two anti virus/ firewalls at the same time. Actually zero reason to be running with ytwo anti virus programs. Just uninstall one of of them and your problems will probably go away.
