Add filters to favorites

Hi.

I noticed, the right mouse button gives no options by the Filters in Panel Bin, so there is no ''add to favorites'' option. I can add Effects, Graphics and Styles to favorites, except Filters. In Elements 12 I could also add Filters to favorites...

Is there a bug in Elements 15?

Looks like adobe removed that feature in pse 15.

You could make a post over here asking why and suggesting that it be put back in.
