Adding location in PSE 2022

I can no longer add locations in PSE 2022. Has a setting accidently been changed? Is location addition no longer an option in a 3 year old program? I have tried restarted the computer multiple times. I am connected to the internet. I am using windows 11.

Can you be more specific about your problem.

For various reasons I don't use the Organizer's Places feature  But I was just able to add a location to some files in Elements 2022. It took a couple of seconds for the search box to find a place.

Are you talking about adding a custom name to a place?  I was able to do that too.
